I have spent more than twenty years helping people get finance when it is not straightforward. In 2001 I started Paramount Mortgages and Leasing, on one simple belief: even the tricky cases usually have a way through — you just need someone who knows where to look.
Paramount works behind the scenes with mortgage brokers. Newlend brings that same help straight to you. We take on the situations many lenders find too hard — rural properties and farms, building a new home, finishing a stalled build, buying land to develop, and larger subdivision projects.
Whatever your situation, my team and I will take a proper look and give you an honest answer on whether we can help. That is how we have always worked.
